Carbonilla es un personaje de la mitología navideña. Aparentemente es uno de los pajes de los Reyes Magos, encargado de vigilar a los niños durante todo el año para saber si se han portado bien o no.Carbonilla es el encargado de indicar a los Reyes Magos y a Santa Claus qué niños merecen juguetes y cuáles no. Con la colaboración fundamental de los padres Carbonilla decide si son los Reyes, Santa Claus o él mismo quién debe pasar a dejar los obsequios. Carbonilla, como su nombre lo indica, siempre deja carbón en lugar de juguetes.
